On many occasions, they proactively resolved issues for us before they became a problem, sometimes before we even realized the issue existed. (Security group clean –up, business anti-virus issues, etc)

They were also readily available to train our staff to maintain our systems independently.

With things such as backup and disaster recovery and email management that again, created greater efficiency for us overall. One of the biggest challenges we had was moving our office and its entire operations to a new location and fortunately, A.Allen made this a smooth and painless transition due to their expertise and experience with this type of service.
